At the start of every project, we will go over all the important requirements with you - whether in person, online or over the phone. We will get an understanding of what the building is to be used for, what dimensions and functions you expect, and discuss options for appearance, material solutions and technical details. The goal is to create a design that fits your exact needs and budget.
Based on the initial requirements, we will create a specific architectural design including a floor plan. We will prepare 3D visualizations and models that will make it easier for you to visualize the future construction in real space. We flexibly adjust the design according to your feedback to meet not only your technical requirements but also aesthetic expectations.
We will prepare complete technical documentation necessary for the production and approval of the construction. Included are detailed drawings of floor plans, sections, electricity, water and heating distribution. We will also provide a foundation design adapted to the specific site conditions. If the project requires a building permit, we will deliver all the necessary documents for its obtaining.
Production begins with the precise assembly of the steel frame structure, ensuring strength and durability. Subsequently, thermal insulation, complete electrical installations, sanitary equipment and other equipment is installed in the modules according to the requirements. Interior and exterior finishes provide the fine-tuning of the final look. Each module undergoes a thorough quality control to ensure that it meets all technical and aesthetic standards.
Once production is complete, we will provide safe and efficient transport of the individual modules to the site. At the construction site, we precisely fit the modules onto the prepared foundations and professionally assemble them into their final form. We connect the structures, connect the installations and make all the final adjustments so that everything is fully functional and ready for use.
