After your approval of the design, we will start production of the container module. Each piece undergoes an output quality and safety check. Thanks to our own transport, we provide fast and safe transport throughout the Czech Republic, including on-site assembly.

The answer varies according to the location, use and nature of the land. In general, for containers up to 25 m² that are not firmly connected to the ground and not connected to utilities, only a building notification may suffice. However, each case is individual - we recommend contacting your local building authority for precise information on your project.
We have standard containers in stock and can deliver them within a few days. For custom production, the delivery time depends on the extent of the modifications - the usual delivery time is 2 to 6 weeks from project approval.
Yes. We offer customized container production. You can modify the floor plan, add windows, doors, interior partitions, bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, electrical installations and other equipment as needed.
Yes. Our containers are designed to be mobile and easy to move. You can move them to another location at any time or expand them with additional modules - horizontally or vertically (e.g. up to the 2nd floor).
Yes, we provide both short-term and long-term rental of residential containers. The rental is ideal for temporary buildings such as workers' dormitories, offices, gatehouses, changing rooms or seasonal operations (e.g. bistro or café).
