In general, however, if it is a smaller module of up to 25 m², which is not firmly connected to the ground or connected to utilities, it may be possible to place it without a building permit, or with a building notification only.

Delivery times vary according to the scope of the order and current availability. We often have standard residential containers in stock, but for custom-made containers, you can expect delivery usually within 2-6 weeks.

Yes, all our living containers are mobile and designed to be easily moved or combined with other modules side by side to create large rooms or stacked up to 2 storeys high.
